culture to celebrate and promote. In October 2013, ARC will create India Music Week. This will be a full
week of concerts, radio shows and academic events occurring around the
world. You can view their first two efforts at muslimworldmusicday.com + Brazilian Music Day. Each of these sites drawing more than a million
visitors and still gets over 2,000 visitors daily. Their past efforts focusing on the
music of Islam and Brazil created the largest focused music reference site on
the Web!
From October 6 - 13, 2013, building on this success ARC will expand a “Day” into a
full India Music “Week” IMW will be an online website to present, promote and explore the rich
cultural heritage of Indian music of the past, present and future. IMW will offer videos,
histories, seminars, concerts, lectures, sound files, sheet music, broadcasts,
narrowcasts, album cover art galleries, essays, blogs, photos and links all
